The construction of this new facility, which will be located in the current Social Center of l'Era, represents a total investment of 1,080,000 euros. Of this amount, 646,000 euros will be funded by municipal own resources, while the remaining 434,000 euros come from the Open Investment Plan of the Diputació de València. The goal is to concentrate the municipality's main cultural facilities in one space.
The new House of Music will offer facilities specifically designed for the needs of the Unión Musical Milamarina, including improved acoustic conditions and suitable spaces for rehearsals and music education. The acoustic improvements have benefited from the collaboration of Jesús Alba, a University Professor in Applied Physics at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) and a former member of the band.
The building will feature an office, a rehearsal room, four individual rooms for instrument classes, three collective rooms, and three storage areas. This layout is designed to facilitate both band rehearsals and the activities of the music and arts school, reinforcing Miramar's commitment to culture and music education.

The mayor also indicated that the current House of Culture, recently adapted to ensure accessibility, will continue to have a social use, designated for the municipality's associations to provide them with a meeting and gathering space for their activities.
