The training, which concluded after 25 hours of learning and coexistence, has addressed fundamental issues to improve the care and well-being of both dependent individuals and those who care for them.
Topics covered include mobilization techniques, fall prevention, and knowledge of available social resources. Tools for self-care to prevent physical and emotional overload have also been provided, along with a space for sharing experiences, resolving doubts, and building mutual support networks.
Through this initiative, the Camporrobles City Council and the Mancomunidad reinforce their commitment to caregivers, recognizing their important work and providing them with knowledge and resources to face their daily lives. It is emphasized that caring for those who care is also a way to improve the well-being of the towns.
