The event, which received 85,000 visitors in its last edition, presents this year's theme Con alma mediterránea. The fair will feature 260 exhibitors, 8 main stages, and a wide range of activities including 17 competitions, masterclasses, and specialized presentations.
In this edition, Mexico will be the guest country, strengthening the Ibero-American presence at the fair. The organization has highlighted the collaboration between public institutions and the private sector, with the support of the Generalitat, the Provincial Council, and the Chamber of Commerce, to promote gastronomy as an economic and employment engine.
The program includes spaces dedicated to specific products such as chocolate and ice cream, as well as a cheese classroom. According to the provided data, the fair brings together professionals who hold 130 Michelin stars and Repsol Suns, consolidating the province as a key gastronomic destination in Europe.
