The musical offering for Elda's Major Festivals has been expanded this year to three days, with the start brought forward to Thursday, September 5th. The performances, which will be free and held at the Explanada de la Almafrá and Plaza Castelar, will all commence at 11:30 PM.
The Councilor for Festivals, David Guardiola, highlighted cultural plurality and intergenerational leisure as key aspects of the program, which combines contemporary pop and urban music artists with nostalgic shows and popular formats.
One of the most anticipated moments will be the performance by La Fúmiga at the Explanada de la Almafrá on Saturday, September 5th. This will be their last popular performance in Elda before the definitive dissolution of the Valencian group, concluding their acclaimed farewell tour 'L’Últim Abraç'.
At the same time, Plaza Castelar will host 'La Gran Noche del Bolero' featuring the group Parrandboleros.
The program for Monday, September 7th, includes a tribute to Mecano titled 'Hija de la Luna' with Robin Torres at Plaza Castelar, and 'Número 1' with Diego Martin. At the Explanada de la Almafrá, the live show Tallarina On Tour will take place.
On Tuesday, September 8th, the Almafrá will host the Elda Reggaeton Fest with performances by Enygma, Onezl, Sweet Suarez, Ayxme, and Juando García. Meanwhile, at Plaza Castelar, Maldita Nerea and Los40 Classic will perform.
With this variety of venues and musical styles, the Elda City Council reaffirms its commitment to open, dynamic, and participatory Patron Saint Festivals, inviting attendees to enjoy a free, top-tier program.
