The municipality has seen a 24.9 percentage point increase in its tourism transformation process, based on governance, innovation, technology, sustainability, and accessibility. SEGITTUR's review of the documentation has consolidated this progress.
With a 51.3% overall compliance, Riba-roja de Túria ranks above the average of analyzed destinations, which stands at 41.9%. The accredited distinction confirms the initiation of the DTI model's implementation in the municipality.
The axes of Technology (61.6%) and Governance (53.4%) show the highest compliance rates, significantly exceeding the average. Other notable areas include Sustainability (52.5%) and Accessibility (44.5%), while Innovation registers 32.2%.
SEGITTUR's report highlights positive results in transparency and participation (81%), management efficiency (80%), technological infrastructure and connectivity (80%), and cultural heritage conservation (72.5%).
The diagnosis outlines strategic lines for the municipality's tourism future, including operational planning, fostering innovation, improving accessibility, an integrated Smart tourism strategy, cybersecurity, and the digitalization of content.
In terms of sustainability, the plan includes resource management, landscape protection, sustainable mobility, and the circular economy. The City Council will continue working to consolidate these advances and enhance the tourist experience.
