The expediente, which involves expenses being decreased and increased in expenditure applications, is published for general knowledge in accordance with article 169.1, referred by 179.4, of the Consolidated Text of the Law Regulating Local Finances (Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004, of March 5).
Against this agreement, interested parties may directly file an administrative litigation appeal, according to article 171 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004. The deadline and procedure are established in articles 25 to 42 of Law 29/1998, of July 13, Regulating this Jurisdiction.
Notwithstanding this, the filing of this appeal shall not in itself suspend the effectiveness of the challenged act or agreement, as stipulated by article 113.3 of Law 7/1985.
