This approval is made in accordance with article 169.1, by referral of 179.4, of the Consolidated Text of the Law Regulating Local Treasuries, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004, of March 5. The modification affects supplements in expenditure applications and is financed by new income.
Against this agreement, interested parties may directly file a contentious-administrative appeal, as provided for in article 171 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004, of March 5, in the form and within the deadlines established in articles 25 to 42 of Law 29/1998, of July 13, Regulating this Jurisdiction.
Without prejudice to this, the filing of this appeal shall not in itself suspend the effectiveness of the challenged act or agreement, in accordance with article 113.3 of Law 7/1985.
