The event facilitated connections between 41 local and regional companies, which offered a total of 211 job positions, and individuals actively seeking employment. The forum registered 909 registered participants and over 360 in-person attendees, with a total of 3,285 applications submitted via the official web portal.
During the forum, 432 in-person interviews were conducted using a computerized appointment management system. As a direct outcome, within the two months following the event, 44 direct job placements have been formalized, resulting in an insertion rate of 15.6% for interviewed candidates. Several participating companies are continuing with open selection processes for the profiles contacted.
The Councilor for Active Employment Policies, Suni Fandos, highlighted that these results affirm ‘Som Talent’ as a fundamental tool for Burriana's labor market. She emphasized the effectiveness of uniting business needs with local talent, noting an average insertion cost of 295 euros per person.
Fandos concluded that the current administration is committed to training, employment support, and backing the local productive fabric to continue generating stable, quality employment opportunities within the municipality.
