The city of Dénia experienced a spectacular night with a nighttime mascletà that served as the grand finale for the Moors and Christians festivities, held last Saturday.

The mascletà, which concluded the festive day, was a pyrotechnic spectacle designed to illuminate Dénia's sky, featuring beautiful shapes and colors that ascended behind the palm trees in Jaume I square.
The event was captured by Tino Calvo's camera, offering images of a pyrotechnic 'chimera' that ignited in the square. The video, provided by the Dénia City Council, also captured the soundscape of the mascletà.
This celebration marked the end of an intense day, which was preceded by an impressive gala parade that lasted nearly five hours, drawing thousands of people and representing the union of different faiths and the participation of all attendees.
