Alfafar City Council has launched a complete summer program for children and youth, aiming to promote educational leisure, social inclusion, and work-life balance during the holidays.

Through the Primary Care Social Services, the council is promoting the Verano Activo program. This initiative offers activities adapted to different ages in safe environments, fostering personal development and coexistence.
The July program includes Estiu Menut for children aged 3 to 6 at the Rabisancho Nursery School, and Aules d'Estiu for children aged 7 to 12 at the Aules Col·labora La Fila. Both proposals are carried out in collaboration with CEPAIM and include creative workshops, games, and educational support.
For youth, the offer is completed with the Multiaventura Camp at the Benagéber reservoir, the 2026 Summer Campus in collaboration with SUMA Fitness Club, and the Campus Jove at the Navalón Youth Camp. These activities include sports, swimming, hiking, and coexistence experiences in nature.
Finally, during the first fortnight of August, the Department of Equality will organize Espais Concilia Verano, an initiative designed to facilitate work-life balance for the municipality's residents.
