The Castell d'Alaquàs has become the stage for the fourth edition of the Orality Days, a cultural event that seeks to remember and highlight the career of the Valencian storyteller.

The program, which extends across several municipalities in l'Horta Sud, includes conferences and oral storytelling sessions. In the case of Alaquàs, the events began with a lecture on the Valencian popular imaginary and the inauguration of an exhibition dedicated to the life and work of the protagonist.
The exhibition, titled LLORENÇ GIMÉNEZ: L'HOME, ELS CONTES, EL PAÍS, will remain open to the public at the historic monument until July 10. The exhibition combines information panels with texts from friends and colleagues, as well as illustrations and word games that reflect the professional and personal side of the narrator.
This cultural initiative is supported by various entities, such as the Associació cultural El Barranc, Acció Cultural del País Valencià, and the city councils of Alaquàs, Catarroja, and Paiporta, in addition to the support of the Ministry of Culture.
