As part of the XXIII Flavors and Tastes Fair, the event aims to highlight Alcàsser's traditional gastronomy. The contest will take place from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Municipal Market.
Participation is open to all adults who are amateur cooks, not professionals in the sector. Three prizes will be awarded in the form of gift cards for local businesses: €150 for first prize, €100 for second, and €50 for third.
To register, participants must submit the application form via the electronic registry on the Alcàsser City Council's Electronic Headquarters. The deadline for applications is Wednesday, October 7th, at 2:00 PM.
This initiative offers an opportunity to enjoy traditional recipes and flavors, and to celebrate the Flavors and Tastes Fair once again.
