'Activament' Begins for People with Alzheimer's in Alaquàs

The Benàger Social Center hosted today, Tuesday, October 6th, the first session of Activament, a new initiative within the 'Weaving Future After the Storm' project aimed at individuals in the Alzheimer's Program of Alaquàs.

This new space aims to promote well-being, participation, and social connections through body movement and creativity. The sessions will take place until November 12th, with a total of 12 meetings.
The activity is part of the campaign "Recuperem somriures, fem créixer il·lusions" (Let's Recover Smiles, Let's Grow Illusions), organized by the Social Welfare Department of the Alaquàs City Council. The project is subsidized by the Ministry of Social Rights, Consumer Affairs and the 2030 Agenda and is developed by Gran Cielo Proyecto de Innovación Social.
