On Friday morning, a team of environmental informers visited veterinary clinics, shops, and establishments related to animal care in Godella. The aim was to present the street cleaning awareness campaign, named “What truly matters,” and to publicize the main obligations established by the new municipal regulations, as well as to encourage their dissemination among pet owners.
During the day, informational brochures were distributed detailing the key measures of the new ordinance and a map showing the location of new bins installed in the Huerta de Godella. The "human kit" was also handed out, designed to promote responsible habits during pet walks.
Through this initiative, the City Council aims to involve animal sector establishments as information and awareness points, leveraging their direct contact with pet owners to broaden the campaign's reach and facilitate understanding of the new regulations.
The Godella City Council thus continues with the "What truly matters" campaign, focusing on the new animal welfare ordinance as a tool to promote responsible pet ownership, improve public space cleanliness, and foster more respectful coexistence.
