In the province of Alicante, Rojales recorded 27.5 degrees at midnight. In Valencia, Sagunto matched this figure, reflecting a hot night in the northern Valencian coast. Inland, Llíria reached 26.5 degrees at midnight, rising to 27.2 degrees in the early morning.
In the province of Castellón, Vinaròs marked 26.4 degrees at midnight. In Sollana, in the Ribera Baixa region, thermometers neared 28 degrees (27.9) at 2:20 AM, close to the threshold for a tropical night.
In the early morning, the situation remained warm in major urban centers. At 7:30 AM, the city of Alicante reached 28.6 degrees, and Valencia and Manises airport recorded 28.5 degrees, indicating the relentless nighttime heat throughout the night and dawn in much of the Valencian Community.
According to Aemet data, this pattern of very high minimums, with nights above 25 degrees and some points exceeding 28, has been repeated in recent days, particularly in coastal and pre-coastal areas of Alicante, Valencia, and Castellón.
