The selection process, conducted through open competitive examination, has undergone several phases of official publication. The specific bases governing the call were initially published in March 2024, followed by the announcement edict in the Official Provincial Gazette (BOP) in June 2024. Subsequently, a material error in the bases was rectified through a BOP announcement in August 2025.
The official announcement of the call in the Official State Gazette (BOE) took place in September 2025. Provisional lists of admitted and excluded candidates were published in the BOP in January 2026, and the final list, along with the appointment of the qualifying tribunal and the date of the first examination, was announced in the BOP and its corresponding edict in February 2026.
The qualifying tribunal issued information and preliminary instructions regarding the first examination in March and April 2026. The correction key for this first examination was published on April 27, 2026, with a subsequent correction on the same day. Resolutions for appeals against the key and the first examination's scores were published in May 2026.
Finally, preliminary instructions and the date for the second examination (Part 2.A) were announced in May 2026, and the scores for this second examination were published in June 2026.
