The city of Castelló will have a new Youth Center ('Casal Jove') to join the existing service in El Grau. The announcement was made by the Councilor for Youth, Ester Giner, during the municipal plenary held this Thursday at the City Hall of the capital of La Plana.
The councilor made this announcement during her intervention in the debate of a motion by the municipal group Compromís, which aimed to guarantee the continuity of youth participation centers in the city. As explained by Giner, this new service for the youth of Castelló will be located in a rented premises and will begin operating from 2027.
Meanwhile, the City Hall will set up a room in the Menador as a Youth Space ('Espai Jove') starting next September, for the use of the city's young people.
