Nules is preparing to celebrate its patron saint festivals in honor of Sant Bartomeu, with an extensive program of events that will run from August 19th to 31st.

La Plana Baixa is dressing up for the Sant Bartomeu festivals in Nules, which this year feature a varied program for all audiences. The celebration will begin on Wednesday, August 19th, with the assembly of the bullfighting enclosures in the Plaza Mayor.
Bullfighting events will play a prominent role, with bulls through the town and 'embolado' bulls from various ranches such as La Campana, Domingo Hernández, Peñajara, and Arauz de Robles. There will also be shows like the transhumance on Tuesday, August 25th.
Music will be a highlight with concerts by orchestras like Invictus and La Pato, performances by rock and pop bands like F&F pop-rock, tributes to groups like La Oreja de Van Gogh and Queen, and sets by local and national DJs in various parts of the town. The electronic music festival El Mesh and the hard techno party Industry Bunker complete the musical offerings.
Children's activities include a water park, foam party, and wooden games. Gastronomy will have its space in the tapas meson, present on numerous days of the program, and at the fraternity dinner on Tuesday, August 25th.
The program also includes sporting events such as the Sant Bartomeu football trophy between CF Nules and CD Borriana, the 24-hour football 8 knockout stages, and a classic car gathering. The religious part includes the main mass and the solemn procession in honor of the patron saint on Monday, August 24th.
The festivals will extend until Monday, August 31st, with the traditional dismantling of the bullfighting enclosures.
