Education Increases Budget for 10 Educational Centers in the Valencian Community

The Ministry allocates over 7.9 million euros in additional funding for the construction and renovation of schools, including the CEIP Lleonard Mingarro in La Vall d'Uixó.

The Ministry of Education, Culture, and Universities has increased the financial allocation for the construction and renovation of ten educational centers in the Valencian Community, with a total increase of 7,980,715 euros.

The province of Castellón will benefit from this expansion with the CEIP Lleonard Mingarro in La Vall d'Uixó, which will receive an additional 472,962 euros. With this increase, the total investment for the construction of the centers reaches 49,930,386 euros.
In the province of Valencia, several towns will receive additional funding: Estivella (CEIP El Braçal, 1,098,682 euros), Almoines (CEIP El Castell, 911,975 euros), Puçol (CEIP Jaume I, 524,563 euros), Sagunto (IES nº 5 Altos Hornos, 132,568 euros), Canals (CEIP José Molla, 583,458 euros; IES Sivera Font, 333,389 euros), and Bellreguard (CEIP Gregori Mayans i Ciscar, 889,185 euros).
In the province of Alicante, Catral (CEIP nº 2) will receive 1,277,996 euros more, and Crevillent (CEIP Párroco Francisco Más) an additional 1,755,931 euros.
The Director General of Educational Infrastructures, José María Larena, highlighted that this measure demonstrates the Generalitat's commitment to families and the educational community, promoting the Edificant Plan with an execution rate above 75%, far exceeding the 20% recorded in previous years.
Most of the files are currently in the processing phase, awaiting acceptance by the respective town councils in their Municipal Plenary sessions.
