The resources are channeled through three main routes: the +Cerca Plan, the Consumption Voucher, and an extraordinary call from Suma Tax Management. These grants seek to strengthen the autonomy of the town councils to manage their needs and support family economies and the region's business fabric.
The +Cerca Plan, endowed with 5,022,175 euros, will allow the councils to cover current expenses such as personnel, cleaning, maintenance of sports facilities, cultural centers, libraries, and medical clinics. The distribution of these funds has been calculated based on criteria of population, surface area, and population density.
Meanwhile, the Consumption Voucher has 2,954,350 euros to encourage consumption in local businesses. Each municipality will design its own campaign, deciding on participating establishments and requirements for citizens, in order to alleviate the impact of rising prices on households.
Finally, Suma Tax Management will provide an additional 568,619 euros to compensate for municipal expenses derived from tax management and collection. This measure aims to lighten the financial burden on local corporations that have delegated this service to the provincial body.
