La Llosa de Ranes celebrates patron saint festivities with a comprehensive program

The municipality will experience intense days honoring the Crist del Miracle and Mare de Déu del Naixement with events for all audiences.

La Llosa de Ranes is gearing up to celebrate its patron saint festivities in honor of the Crist del Miracle and Mare de Déu del Naixement, with an extensive program of activities designed for all audiences.

Over the coming days, the streets of La Llosa de Ranes will be filled with celebration, music, and tradition. The Festers i Festeres 2026 have organized a complete calendar of events including musical performances, orchestras, mobile discos, traditional dances, pyrotechnic shows, theater, exhibitions, sports activities, a humorous parade, as well as various popular meals and dinners and traditional processions.
The program begins on Tuesday, August 18th, with the Day of Associations in the Plaça Major, featuring a 'truc' tournament and the exhibition of Local Painters at the Casa del Pou. Wednesday the 19th will be marked by the Gaming Experience at the Pavilion and the official proclamation of the festivities, followed by a 'correfoc' organized by the Penya Coetera and the demon group L’Escampà.
Activities will continue on Thursday the 20th with the children's drawing contest and the presentation of the 2026 Festival Commission on Avinguda Jaume I, which will lead into a dance with Fercho Energy. Friday the 21st will offer a water-themed children's park at the municipal pool, a concert by the Societat Musical at the Auditori Mestre Vicent Tortosa, and a mobile disco.
The weekend kicks off on Saturday the 22nd with a solemn mass honoring the elders, a fellowship meal, and a paella night on Avinguda Jaume I, culminating in a musical showdown between the orchestra La Fiesta and the mobile disco Montecarlo Xperience. Sunday the 23rd will feature a morning sports event, the Grand Humorous Parade, and a popular 'cabasset' dinner with a performance by the group Cara B, followed by a night of 'albades' with Pep Botifarra.
The main days dedicated to the patron saints will take place on Monday the 24th and Tuesday the 25th of August. Monday, the day of the Mare de Déu del Naixement, will include masses, bell ringing, a 'mascletà' (firecracker display) in the Parc Emilio Bolinches, and the solemn procession, followed by a fireworks display and mobile disco. Tuesday, the day of the Santíssim Crist del Miracle, will begin with a 'despertà' (wake-up call) and hot chocolate, masses, another grand 'mascletà', and the final procession with a spectacular fireworks display and a colorful firecracker finale, marking the end of the festivities. Tuesday night will feature a hypnosis show at the Auditori Mestre Vicent Tortosa.
