The Mislata City Council has celebrated the fourth edition of the Local Commerce Gala, an initiative to recognize the fundamental role of the commercial fabric in the city's economic and social development.

The event, held at the Maestro Palau Senior Activity Center, brought together representatives from the Association of Commerce and Businesses of Mislata (CEM) and the commercial and associative fabric. The day recognized both the experience and trajectory of historic businesses and the initiative of new entrepreneurs.
The mayor, Carlos F. Bielsa, emphasized that "local commerce is much more than an economic activity; it is a fundamental part of Mislata's identity. Behind every establishment are stories of effort, commitment, and enthusiasm." He highlighted the recognition for those who have built this history over decades and for those who decide to start new ventures and contribute to the city's economic future.
In this fourth edition, the historic establishments recognized were: Fotografía Pizarro, Pizzería Mascalzone, Relojería Ferma, Dulces Rafa, Kiosko Papelería Colorins, La Boutique del Chándal, Viajes Mislata, La Churrería, Escuela Infantil Blancanieves, and Cafetería Roma. The recognitions for new entrepreneurs went to Pervil House, Paraeta La Medrana, and Alquimia by Silvia Piqueras.
This gala marks the beginning of actions organized by ‘Mislata Impulsa’, the corporate identity of the Local Development Area, as part of the Local Commerce Week celebration. The program also includes a candlelight concert by Cuarteto de Cuerda Valencia and the initiative ‘Comercio, ¿dígame?’.
