The Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV) has published the new list of affected properties and rights for this infrastructure. Project modifications have necessitated the occupation of an additional 100.6 square meters, impacting plots in Sedaví, Paiporta, and València.
The most significant expansion is in Paiporta, where an extra 84 square meters are being acquired for a plot in the Pascualeta area. This increase, bringing the total area to 245 square meters, aims to enhance road safety at the junction with the CV-404 and extend the cycle path alongside the CV-407.
In València, the expropriated area grows by 9 square meters, reaching a total of 59. This change is related to the relocation of a medium-voltage tower for the construction of an access ramp to the overpass above the metro tracks.
In Sedaví, a route modification for the overpass crossing the V-31 has led to a slight increase, with the expropriated area on a single plot rising from 102 to 109.63 square meters.
These adjustments are being made as construction on the section progresses. On April 14th, nearly five kilometers of this route were opened to the public, including the overpass across the Metrovalencia tracks. The complete section between Sedaví and Picanya spans 5.6 kilometers.
The works, which began in June 2023 and resumed after the Dana storm, are funded by 3.6 million euros from the European Next Generation funds. The overall project envisions a 56-kilometer cycle and pedestrian infrastructure to connect various municipalities in the metropolitan area of València.
