The Manises City Council has launched a new intelligent voice assistant with the aim of modernizing citizen service and streamlining access to municipal information.

This technological tool allows users to make queries using natural language, without the need to use rigid commands or navigate complex menus. The system is designed to offer a more intuitive experience, simulating a fluid conversation with a human agent.
The service is prepared to resolve doubts about a wide variety of procedures, such as administrative tasks, municipal services, library management, registration, as well as information on taxes and payments. One of the outstanding features is its multilingual capacity, as it can assist in Valencian, Spanish, English, French, and German.
The interaction with the assistant allows the user to interrupt or rephrase their questions at any time, which provides greater flexibility and comfort. With this initiative, the council seeks to reinforce its commitment to a more accessible and closer administration, avoiding unnecessary travel for routine inquiries.
