The 'Nit de Farolets', one of the most cherished events of Aldaia's Major Festivals, brought together hundreds of residents for a festive procession with music and light.

The 'Nit de Farolets', a tradition rooted in Valencian culture, was a central event of Aldaia's Major Festivals. The celebration gathered hundreds of families for a procession filled with light, music, and a festive atmosphere, organized by the Aldaia City Council.
More than just a parade, the 'Nit de Farolets' celebrates Valencian cultural heritage and community coexistence. Entire families, associations, and numerous residents actively participate, crafting artisanal lanterns that fill the streets with color. This activity, one of the most popular, keeps alive a custom passed down through generations.
The parade was accompanied by the Colla de Dolçainers i Tabaleters d'Aldaia, providing the traditional rhythm for the procession. Participants showcased their lanterns, many handmade, as they paraded through various streets of the municipality.
Following the procession, awards were presented in five categories. The evening concluded at Constitución Square with the family show Una historia encantada, starring Gisella, an artist known for her participation in Operación Triunfo.
