Paterna City Council aims to strengthen and expand its network of municipal spaces for young people, offering them new resources and locations for meeting, studying, training, and leisure across different areas of the city.
Joining the Casa Jove, the main reference point for Paterna's youth located in Parc Central, is the new location for the Espai Jove. This will move from its current site on Mestre Canós street to the Foc, Festa, Fe i Falles building on Carrer Major, which also houses the Museu Faller.
Furthermore, this network of youth spaces will extend to other municipal facilities, such as libraries, where small areas will be designated specifically for young people, focusing on study and academic support.

The Councillor for Youth, Johana Gómez, highlighted the commitment to complement the Casa Jove in Parc Central with other spaces that allow closer proximity to young people and offer them alternatives outside this main facility.
Through this initiative, Paterna City Council is adopting a more decentralized model for youth services, utilizing various municipal facilities to create a network of accessible, nearby spaces for the progressive development of activities, programs, and services specifically aimed at the young population.
