The 112 GVA Emergency Coordination Center has issued an orange level alert for rain and storms for Wednesday, September 16, affecting Burjassot.

The Burjassot City Council has adopted several preventive measures in response to the meteorological alert, which will be in effect between 3:00 PM and 12:00 AM. Actions include the closure of parks and gardens, the wooded area of the sports center, the Social Center of Villa del Pilar, and the municipal cemetery.
Furthermore, all outdoor sports activities have been suspended. The council has activated the relevant safety and coordination protocols, involving the Local Police, Civil Protection, and the Municipal Works Brigade, as well as other municipal services, to address any potential incidents.
