With the upcoming twinning ceremony between Almàssera and El Toro in sight, the local administration has opened a period for receiving historical photographic material. The objective is to recover and preserve the collective memory of both municipalities through images that evoke past summers, historical events, or simply daily life from bygone days.
All citizens who possess old photographs of Almàssera or El Toro are invited to share them. Citizen collaboration is fundamental to creating an exhibition that faithfully reflects the history and memories of its inhabitants.
Interested individuals can submit their images via email to amparo.soriano@almassera.es. The City Council thanks participants in advance for their contribution to preserving the historical and sentimental heritage of the towns.
