The student organization reported that upon arriving at the facilities, they found the lock forced. According to images released by the group, a councilor from the municipal corporation allegedly accessed the interior accompanied by other people to search the premises and record content for social media.
Given these events, the municipal groups PSPV and Compromís have announced that they will report the case to the Public Prosecutor's Office. The spokespersons for both parties described the actions as extremely serious and demanded the resignation of the councilor involved, as well as the withdrawal of his responsibilities by the mayor of Valencia.
The union confirmed that it has filed a complaint with the court and that its legal services are working to determine responsibilities. The organization, which has used this space under a municipal collaboration program for over three years, has called for mobilization from the educational community and social movements.
