The Student Union has reported that a councilor from Valencia City Council accessed their facilities last Thursday, July 2, by breaking the door lock.

According to the organization, the events took place at the premises they rent from the city council as part of a collaboration program. Those affected have provided security camera footage showing the political representative and two other people searching the rooms and tables in the space.
Given this situation, the municipal groups of Compromís and the PSOE have announced that they will file a complaint with the Prosecutor's Office. The spokespersons for both parties have described the action as serious and have demanded the councilor's resignation, alleging an alleged crime of administrative prevarication.
The union has confirmed that it has already filed a complaint in court and has requested immediate legal measures. For their part, the opposition parties have harshly criticized the use of public office to carry out such actions in municipal buildings.
