Come and enjoy a vermouth tasting with pairing at the Celler de Proava. If you like discovering different plans, you're going to love this one! In a 13th-century underground cellar —right in the center of València— an experience awaits you that blends history and great flavor.
It consists of a guided tour of the Celler de Proava and a tasting of four vermouths made in the Comunitat. Each has its own character and story, and as you taste them, the guide will share interesting facts about how they are made and what makes them so special.
All accompanied by snacks —chips and crackers— and a pairing of local products that changes with each session. No two tastings are the same, and that's part of its charm.
