The route will cover approximately 41 kilometers and will pass through Cocentaina, Muro, Gaianes, Beniarrés, and l'Orxa, concluding in Vilallonga. The main start from Alcoy will be at 08:30 from Al-Azraq square, with subsequent incorporation points in Cocentaina (09:00), Muro (09:30), Gaianes (10:00), Beniarrés (11:00), and l'Orxa (11:30). The arrival is expected around 13:00 at the parking lot of the institute in Vilallonga.
The Councilor for Sports, Alberto Belda, highlights "this initiative that allows enjoying a day of outdoor physical activity in a privileged natural environment, promoting healthy lifestyle habits and offering an accessible leisure option for families or friends".
Registrations will be open until Wednesday, September 23rd. In Alcoy, they can be made at the offices of the Centre d'Esports (Juan Gil-Albert avenue, 6) from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and Thursdays from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, as well as at the offices of the Cocentaina sports center and the Casa de Forro in Muro. The participation fee is 4.50 euros and includes accident insurance, health and mechanical assistance, breakfast in Beniarrés, and return transport by bus for cyclists and truck for bicycles from Vilallonga.
The collection of bib numbers will take place on September 24th and 25th at the Centre d'Esports or on the day of the event. The minimum age is 12 years old. Minors between 12 and 15 years old require a signed authorization and adult accompaniment, while those aged 16 to 18 only need parental authorization. Helmet use and visible bib display are mandatory.
Due to the characteristics of the forest track, mountain bikes are recommended, as well as sportswear, water, lights, and tools. Bicycle return will be managed by presenting the ID indicated on the bib.
