FGV provides basic information on the personal data processing it carries out for the exercise of its competences, in compliance with Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection.

Personal data is collected directly or indirectly, processed confidentially, and incorporated into FGV's processing activities. At the time of collection, the data subject will be clearly informed about the processing.
Processing will be limited to the purposes for which data has been collected, primarily for administrative management and procedural processing. Automated decisions will not be made based on personal data processing.
The general legal basis for data processing is compliance with legal obligations or public interest, in accordance with administrative legislation. In some cases, explicit consent from the data subject will be required.
Data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose of collection. Subsequently, it may be kept for historical, statistical, or scientific purposes, with appropriate protective measures.
FGV will not communicate or publish personal data without consent, except when legislation provides for it. Data recipients and mandatory communications are detailed in the RoPA. Data will not be used for commercial or advertising purposes.
Data subjects can exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability by submitting an application with their DNI or equivalent to FGV's General Registry in València or Alacant, or through the Electronic Office of the Generalitat Valenciana.
In case of harm or non-compliance, a complaint can be filed with the Data Protection Delegation of the Generalitat or the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
