The event will bring together 130 chefs with awards such as Michelin Stars and Repsol Suns, as well as 260 exhibitors. Over the four days, more than 460 presentations, workshops, and masterclasses will be offered to both professionals and gastronomy enthusiasts.
The space will cover 36,000 square meters with eight stages and seventeen competitions. Among the new features, the classroom dedicated to winning dishes of international specialties stands out, along with the inclusion of Mexico as a guest country to strengthen the event's international dimension.
The Costa Blanca Provincial Tourism Board will set up a specific area to promote products and recipes from 29 municipalities in Alicante. This space will host tastings, presentations, and professional networking to boost gastronomic tourism in the province.
