The modification, approved by the City Council Plenary on July 30, 2026, incorporates Article 23 bis, titled “Specific conditions for changes of use to residential in existing buildings”. As established by law, the file will be publicly displayed for thirty (30) working days.
During this period, any interested party may examine the documentation and submit any claims or allegations they deem appropriate. The consultation can be made both at the municipal offices during office hours and through the Petrer City Council's website.
Once the public exhibition period has concluded, if no claims have been submitted, the ordinance modification will be considered definitively approved. According to the law on Common Administrative Procedure, this act is a procedural step and does not admit appeals, without prejudice to the right to file opposition and allegations.
