The Elda City Council has renewed its annual agreement with the Local Association of Parent Associations, with a subsidy of 22,500 euros, to enhance family participation in educational centers.

The agreement includes funding for key activities such as the Family Training School, the Inter-AMPAS Meeting, and awareness campaigns for equality and against bullying. The Councilor for Education, María Gisbert, highlighted the importance of this economic and social support, which has been consolidated since the 10,000 euros allocated in 2020.
Gisbert emphasized the joint work, stating, "this agreement is a fundamental piece in our strategy to continue promoting direct family involvement in classrooms." She stressed that a strong and cohesive educational community directly benefits the well-being and academic success of students.
Thanks to this subsidy, the Local Association of Parent Associations can continue its extensive program of initiatives, including family training, the Inter-AMPAS Meeting, anti-bullying prevention campaigns, and other educational and recreational activities for minors.
The councilor specifically highlighted the relevance of projects like campaigns to promote equality between men and women, aligned with the municipal Strategic Plan's objectives. "We will continue supporting all actions that educate in values and promote healthy coexistence in our schools," she assured.
Finally, María Gisbert congratulated and thanked the leadership of the Local Association of Parent Associations, headed by its president, Carlos Vicente, for their daily efforts in the city. She noted the constant and fluid communication, which maintains agile channels for identifying needs and resolving conflicts collaboratively for Elda's public education.
