The winning image, «Miradas al cielo», stands out for its composition, chromatic richness, and its ability to convey the emotion of one of the territory's most deeply rooted traditions: the Septenario of the Virgen de Santerón.
The jury particularly valued how the author captured the emotion and meaning of the moment, as well as the scene's composition. The slightly diagonal lines of the buildings guide the gaze towards the Virgin, the undisputed protagonist of the photograph, complemented by the richness of colors and the dynamism that convey the essence of the celebration.
With this selection, the contest highlights the role of photography as a tool to document, preserve, and disseminate the cultural heritage, customs, and traditions that form part of the identity of Rincón de Ademuz.
The organization congratulates Marta Delgado Férriz on this recognition and thanks all the participants who submitted their photographs, contributing to showcasing the territory through different perspectives.
«Mirada del Rincón» thus continues its objective of giving visibility to the heritage, landscapes, traditions, and daily life of the region's municipalities through photography.
