More than 500 people gathered in L'Eliana for the sixth edition of the regional day for Mental Health Day, an initiative that filled the Secondo Baldin promenade with activities to raise awareness and promote mental health care.

The event, jointly organized by the L'Eliana City Council and the Camp de Túria Mancomunidad, featured the participation of about twenty local entities and resources dedicated to mental health. The gathering combined informational booths, games, music, and creative activities, including a workshop organized by the council for the creation and customization of t-shirts.
This initiative is part of the commemoration of World Mental Health Day, celebrated annually on October 10th. The regional day, held at the end of the same month, aims to bring mental health closer to citizens and foster a more inclusive society through coexistence and active participation.
With this edition, L'Eliana completes the event's tour of the six municipalities that are part of the PRISMA program, having previously hosted celebrations in Riba-roja de Túria, Vilamarxant, Bétera, la Pobla de Vallbona, and Marines.
During the event, the mayor of L'Eliana, Salva Torrent, passed the baton to the councilor for Inclusive Policies of Riba-roja de Túria, David Barbancho, the municipality that will host the next regional celebration in 2027.
