The L'Eliana City Council will commemorate the second anniversary of the flood that affected the province of Valencia on October 29th with two events dedicated to remembering the victims and showing solidarity with those affected.

At 12:00 PM, the Plaça del País Valencià will host a minute of silence, an open call to citizens for remembrance and to express support for the affected families.
In the afternoon, at 7:00 PM, the Almudena Grandes hall will be the venue for a concert by Merche Martín Trio, from Catarroja. Merche Martín directly suffered the consequences of the flood, in which she lost her business, all her music equipment, and her car.
Through these events, L'Eliana keeps the memory of the victims alive and supports the people and municipalities affected two years after the tragedy.
