The Pinceladas Flamencas festival is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, having become a benchmark event for the promotion of flamenco in l'Eliana. After twenty-five years bringing the 'arte jondo' to the public, this special edition will feature a 'Concierto homenaje a Enrique Morente' (Tribute Concert to Enrique Morente), dedicated to one of the essential figures in flamenco history and one of the genre's most influential voices.
Musical direction and arrangements for this concert will be handled by the internationally acclaimed guitarist Juan de Pilar. He will lead an ensemble of artists including Rafael Vargas 'El Chino' and Adrián Benítez on vocals; Lidón Patiño on dance; Carlos Nao on flute; Andreu Molina on bass; Manuel Quinero on cajón; Juan Ramón Roca on drums; and Juan de Pilar himself on guitar.
The event, which will close the 2026 'Estiu a la Torre' Festival, is scheduled for Saturday, August 29th. The performance will begin at 10:30 PM and will take place at the Hort de les Taules.
