Two unemployed individuals have recently joined the municipal staff of the Olocau City Council, selected through the EMDONA and EMCORP employment programs subsidized by the Valencian Employment and Training Service (Labora). These contracts are for 10 months and are full-time.
África Canelles Máñez is working as an administrative assistant at the Council under the EMDONA program, aimed at unemployed women. Rafael Artieda Merino has been selected as a tourist guide and information officer for the Tourist Office through the EMCORP program, targeting unemployed individuals under 30 years old.
Mayor Antonio Ropero congratulated and welcomed the new employees, stating that their arrival will help improve the daily work of the City Council and promote tourism, a vital sector for the town.
