The Elche district of Valverde has activated a new urban plan that includes the construction of 28 homes and the creation of a public green space of more than 3,100 square meters.

The project, which will be developed in distribution area number 3, aims to complete the urban fabric in a strategic zone of Valverde Alto. The action, promoted by a company in the sector, will involve an investment of nearly 1.8 million euros to transform a semi-consolidated space into a residential environment with single-family homes.
The plan's design seeks to integrate existing buildings with new constructions. In addition to the homes, the project includes the creation of a children's play area and the improvement of road infrastructure, with the addition of 22 public parking spaces. The undergrounding of a high-voltage power line is also planned to increase safety and improve the aesthetics of the area.
The urban development also includes the creation of illuminated pedestrian paths and allows for commercial activity in premises not exceeding 500 square meters of sales area. According to the plan's estimates, the sales value of the properties once completed could reach 4.5 million euros.
