The Vinaròs City Council has secured a grant of €107,458 for the complete renovation of the exterior carpentry of doors and windows at the Social Services building. This subsidy, which will finance 100% of the planned works, aims primarily to improve the energy efficiency of the facilities.
The work will involve replacing the current carpentry, which is significantly degraded due to time and proximity to the sea, with new PVC units. These new units will be more resistant and feature double glazing. The blinds will also be replaced.
This initiative will not only improve energy efficiency and reduce electricity costs but also provide better facilities for both staff and users of the service.

The Councilor for Urban Planning, Lluís Adell, highlighted that the works will be phased to minimize inconvenience and ensure service continuity. Adell emphasized that a key objective for the City Council is to provide quality municipal facilities and services, stating that the governing team will always seek to take advantage of all available aid from higher administrations.
