The new corporate image, which uses an A identifying Alcalà-Alcossebre and a C for culture, aims to become a recognizable symbol for the City Council and local entities. This main brand serves as the basis for creating thirteen sub-brands, each designed to represent the diverse cultural manifestations of the municipality.
The sub-brands cover areas such as musical and educational entities, libraries, brotherhoods, dramatic arts, folklore, cultural associations, citizen participation, local heritage, museums, traditions, the 'tomata de penjar' (hanging tomato), and bullfighting associations. Each sub-brand integrates the A of local origin and a C transformed into a specific symbol of the activity it represents.
The brand and its derivatives are designed for application on various media, including posters, promotional material, publications, and advertising campaigns. The Councilor for Cultural Promotion, Festivals, and Traditions, Javi García Pitarch, expressed the desire for local entities to adopt the brand as their own to enhance its recognition beyond the municipality.
The design was created by Arc Estudi from Morella, a collaboration that underscores the City Council's commitment to working with young designers from the region. The brand will be visible for the first time next Saturday, November 7, during the celebration of the II Association Fair.
