Ontinyent City Council has approved the Integrated Action Program for the RAF-4 unit, a measure that will allow for the resumption of housing construction in the San Rafael neighborhood after years of inactivity.

The project, validated in the last municipal plenary session, aims to complete the urban fabric in a space located between Plaza de la Cerámica and Tirador street. This action will allow for the construction of fifteen terraced houses and the comprehensive urbanization of a 7,721 square meter area.
The municipal strategy seeks to resolve the existing slope between Tirador street and the Purísima Ravine by creating landscaped slopes and a stepped green area that will serve as a viewpoint. Nearly 6,000 square meters will be allocated to public facilities, including pedestrian paths, trees, and new public spaces.
The development includes the installation of new service networks, such as drinking water, sanitation, public lighting, and telecommunications. According to municipal sources, this initiative is part of a global plan to increase the housing supply in the city and facilitate sustainable urban growth.
