The Summer Market venue, located in the Terranova-Burguera sector of Oliva's beach, hosted a live music concert last Saturday, contravening the municipal decree that prohibits such performances. This decree, which grants the company an activity extension until August 31st, imposes the condition of not holding live concerts, stemming from an agreement between the local government and area residents.
The sequence of events mirrored that of the previous Saturday, when a first unpermitted concert took place. The organization advertised the event on social media during the morning. Subsequently, local residents alerted the Local Police to a potential irregularity. Around 8:30 PM, two officers arrived at the venue to file a report. However, according to the residents' association complaint, the recital proceeded as planned, featuring major hits from the 70s to the present day, until 10 PM.
