The meeting, held yesterday, Thursday, September 10th, primarily aimed to finalize the details of the agreement between both entities. The future Jovades Industrial Park EGM is one step closer to being formalized.
An EGM, according to Law 14/2018, is a key legal framework for collaboration between city councils and industrial areas in the Valencian Community. Its main function is to improve the services, maintenance, and infrastructure of industrial parks.
The agreement is scheduled for provisional approval by the Plenary Session of the Oliva City Council this month. Subsequently, the definitive constituent assembly for the Jovades EGM is planned for November 11th.
Through this initiative, the Oliva City Council, via its Employment and Business department, reaffirms its commitment to implementing EGMs within the municipality, aiming to foster the development of its industrial parks.
