The Provincial Council of Valencia, together with the Federation of Rural Women's Associations (FADEMUR), recognized on Wednesday, October 21st, the careers of twelve entrepreneurial women from ten Valencian regions, including Agnès Pérez and Iryna Malysh, representatives from Safor.

The event, held in the Alfons el Magnànim hall at the Beneficència de València, highlighted women who contribute to the growth of their towns. This year, for the first time, candidates were nominated by the province's inter-municipal associations.
The Equality Agency of the Mancomunitat de Municipis de la Safor selected the two entrepreneurs for their careers, which exemplify how female entrepreneurship drives local development. Pérez, from Castellonet de la Conquesta, founded Ca Agnès, a project focused on nutritional education and healthy habits. Malysh, a resident of Vilallonga for seventeen years, co-founded CostureArte, a workshop for artisanal design and custom tailoring.
During the gala, a video showcasing each awardee's career was projected before they took the floor. The first vice-president of the Diputación and head of Equality, Natàlia Enguix, emphasized that these stories "deserve to be told" for their impact on the economic, social, and cultural development of the municipalities.
