The Benifaió City Council has launched the municipal project 'Benifaió más claro: Active Publicity and Clear Communication Strategy', designed to modernize digital channels and facilitate access to municipal information.

Through this cross-cutting initiative, the council will not only update legally required information but also restructure the institutional portal, the electronic headquarters, and public information access points. The aim is to remove bureaucratic barriers and ensure that any resident can quickly and easily find, understand, and use municipal information.
The strategic action seeks to evolve from a traditional model focused solely on document accumulation towards public communication that is accessible, intuitive, and based on the principles of clear language, accountability, and open government.
This initiative represents a firm commitment to bringing the administration closer to the population's needs, fostering an informed and participatory citizenry in the municipality's public life. The project was made possible by a grant from the Generalitat Valenciana, through the Conselleria de Justicia, Transparencia y Participación, and the Provincial Council of Valencia, aimed at municipalities with fewer than 20,000 inhabitants to promote citizen participation, institutional openness, and good local governance.
