The drinking water plant in Alzira was the subject of a site visit to assess the progress of the comprehensive renovation of the active carbon filtration line 1. This intervention is part of the improvements and modernization of water treatment facilities, aiming to optimize purification processes and ensure the quality of the citizen supply.
The renovation of active carbon filtration systems is a significant step in water treatment. Due to its porous structure, this material helps retain certain organic compounds and reduce potential odors and tastes, complementing the various stages of water purification.
